The Best Hotels For Couples In NYC

The Best Hotels For Couples In NYC

When one thinks of New York City, one of the first things that come to mind is the incredible vistas the city has to offer! This is why we appreciate rooftop pubs and clubs, as well as hotels with views of the city. Admiring New York’s famed skyscrapers and structures while relaxing in the peaceful seclusion of your own hotel room is an excellent way to begin your mornings in the Big Apple. And picture doing all of this with the love of your life, hand in hand, so in love, a chance to strengthen your relationship through a once-in-a-lifetime event.

We were blown away by the quality of several of the hotels we stayed at in the city and have created this list of the finest with a view.

1 Hotel Brooklyn Bridge

1 Hotel Brooklyn Bridge is located on the boundary of the popular districts of Dumbo and Brooklyn Heights. The structure offers the sense of paying attention to the neighborhood’s past and heritage. Celebrities and artists, in particular, adore the eco-friendly hotel and its one-of-a-kind position.

Arlo NoMad

This lovely hotel is conveniently located near the Empire State Building for your visit to New York. This establishment is not just extraordinarily beautiful; it also features a rooftop bar and patio from where you can enjoy a spectacular view of New York – including, of course, the Empire State Building up close. It’s difficult to defeat.

citizenM New York Bowery

citizenM New York Bowery is the greatest hotel in this neighborhood since it combines a variety of elements such as stylish, light rooms, an incredible bar, and even a rooftop bar with a beautiful view.

citizenM New York Times Square

The citizenM New York is a trendy hotel in Times Square featuring a lounge, bar, and rooftop bar. It is one of the most popular hotels in the region – and due to its convenient location, you can easily visit all of the area’s major attractions on foot.

Courtyard by Marriott New York Downtown Manhattan

A further recommendation for the top hotels near One World Observatory is the Courtyard by Marriott Hotel. The extremely trendy Courtyard by Marriott New York features a restaurant, a bar, and complimentary WiFi throughout the property. You couldn’t possibly remain closer to the city’s highest skyscraper than 1,000 feet away, could you? Each room at this hotel is equipped with air conditioning and a flat-screen television with cable channels.

Breakfast is also available with a view of One World Trade Center. Additionally, this hotel in One World Trade Center features a gym that you may utilize throughout your stay.

New York Marriott Marquis

The Marriott Marquis is a beautiful hotel in Times Square, New York, complete with a 360° panoramic restaurant. It’s an excellent location to stay, particularly if you reserve one of the “City View” rooms. As you may think, the view from these suites is incredibly breathtaking.

M Social Hotel Times Square New York

The M Social New York, which was recently remodeled, is located in Times Square’s Theatre District. Along with the Hyatt Times Square, this is another Times Square hotel that ranks among my top 27 hotels in New York with a beautiful view. The accommodations are sleek and contemporary, with views of Broadway, Times Square, and the Hudson River. Its position makes it quite desired – yet it is also a wonderfully peaceful place to sleep. The soundproof glass on the floor-to-ceiling windows enables this.

From Rockefeller Center’s “Top of the Rock” viewing platform to New York’s famed Broadway, where you can see the city’s most popular musicals, everything is nearby.

Equinox Hotel

The Equinox Hotel at Hudson Yards is one of New York’s newest and most fashionable hotels, and we were fortunate enough to stay there for two nights. Apart from the hotel itself, the rooftop bar and lounge overlooking the Hudson River are a highlight. Spectacular.

The Times Square EDITION

The Times Square EDITION is one of the top hotels in Times Square. Everything, in my opinion, is just right here: beautiful design, fantastic ambiance, rooftop bar, and a spectacular view of Times Square (and the New Year’s Eve ball drop).

Hotel 50 Bowery

Hotel 50 in New York’s Chinatown neighborhood is a chic boutique hotel with a hip rooftop patio and ultra-chic rooms. You’ll be in the thick of it and within easy walking distance of fantastic neighborhoods such as the Lower East Side, East Village, and Soho.

Hotel Indigo Williamsburg Brooklyn

Just around the street from the Hotel Indigo on Manhattan’s Lower East Side is a sister property in Williamsburg (Brooklyn) that is as beautiful, clean, and modern. The rooftop pool and sun patio are the attractions.

MADE Hotel

MADE Hotel is centrally located in Midtown and is one of the nicest hotels in this region, which I particularly like. The hotel is contemporary and well constructed, with plenty of greenery (which helps to the excellent ambiance), and a rooftop bar and club called “Lounge Good Behavior” on the hotel’s 18th level. The view of the city is spectacular!

The Empire State Building is only three streets away, Washington Square Park and Union Square are easily accessible, and you won’t even need to use the metro to reach New York’s numerous other attractions. The MADE Hotel is located in the Koreatown district on the southwestern outskirts of Murray Hill – which is why I included it in my list of the top hotels in Murray Hill, New York City!

Mandarin Oriental Central Park

The opulent Mandarin Oriental Hotel is distinguished by an exquisite fusion of Asian and classic style. The suites are exquisitely appointed and have panoramic views of Central Park, Manhattan, or even the Hudson River. Allow yourself to get pampered and thoroughly unwind in the spa area following a day of touring. The Mandarin Oriental is located in Central Park’s southern section, directly off Columbus Circle.

Millennium Hilton New York One UN Plaza

New York’s Millennium Hilton One UN Plaza, commonly known as “ONE UN New York,” is a New York hotel with a spectacular view of the East River, the Chrysler and Empire State Buildings, as well as the city’s newest observation deck, The Summit.

As the name implies, you’re located just across from the United Nations headquarters on Murray Hill — it’s peaceful, and there are plenty of comfortable cafes and restaurants around.

Pestana Park Avenue

The Pestana Park Avenue is one of the most attractive hotels in Murray Hill in my opinion: the hotel rooms are rather large by New York standards, quite lovely and modernly equipped, and some even offer a balcony with views of the city, particularly the Empire State Building. Because it opened recently, everything from the lobby to the patio to the rooms is brand new.

Within walking distance to attractions like Bryant Park and Grand Central Station, you are in the center of the city!

Sheraton Tribeca New York Hotel

The Sheraton Hotel in Tribeca is genuinely remarkable: the rooms are bright and spacious, and the rooftop patio offers panoramic views of the city. You are smack in the heart of New York City’s hustle and bustle. However, once inside the hotel, you will be unaware of this. It’s such an ideal pairing.

SIXTY LES Hotel

The rooftop pool, gym, and spa are unquestionably the highlights of the Sixty LES. Floor-to-ceiling windows adorn the modern rooms. My advice: Definitely request a room on a higher floor when booking and, with any luck, enjoy a fantastic view of the Empire State Building.

The Hoxton Williamsburg

The Hoxton in Williamsburg is one of the most attractive hotels in New York: the rooftop bar overlooks Manhattan, and the rooms are nicely designed.

The Marlton Hotel

The Marlton Hotel is centrally positioned in Greenwich Village, one block from Washington Square Park. It’s a lovely boutique hotel in the bohemian style that seems like a small piece of Paris in the heart of New York City.

The structure, lobby, and rooms have been painstakingly refurbished, creating an ambiance that is really unique.

The New Yorker – A Wyndham Hotel

The Mandarin Oriental has perhaps the greatest views of Central Park and Columbus Circle. This opulent hotel is an exquisite fusion of traditional design with an Asian flair. The guest rooms are exquisitely decorated and provide unparalleled views of Central Park. It has deserved to be included on our list! You will, however, face the tough option of a room overlooking Central Park or one with views stretching all the way from the George Washington Bridge to the Statue of Liberty. Whichever direction you select, the floor-to-ceiling windows provide an incredibly breathtaking view of New York City.

The Peninsula Hotel

The Peninsula Hotel should be included in every list of hotels in New York with the best views of Manhattan. It is centrally positioned in Manhattan, and the skyline appears close enough to reach out and touch. Its position on 55th Street and 5th Avenue means that from its terrace, you can feel the pulse of the city. While the vistas are stunning during the day, they take on a whole other dimension after darkness sets. From here, you can observe the yellow cabs whizzing through midtown in time with the traffic lights, as well as the tiny-looking people rushing among them from above. Due to the floor-to-ceiling windows in the spa area, you may also enjoy this wonderful view from your bed. The Peninsula’s modest rooftop bar, The Salon de Ning, is also an excellent place to spend the evening!

The Refinery Hotel

We cannot recommend the Refinery Hotel highly enough — it is centrally located (just two blocks from Bryant Park), boasts one of the most laid-back rooftop bars in the city (with a view of the Empire State Building), and the rooms are spacious and well-appointed. You will most certainly feel at ease here!

The Setai Fifth Avenue

The Setai Fifth Avenue in the Empire State Building was once known as “The Langham.” It is a premium hotel with exceptional service that is particularly popular with couples. The Langham Place, New York, Fifth Avenue is located in the city’s most affluent district and has convenient access to public transit.

The apartments are well decorated and measure little about 40m2. The bathrooms impress with a shower and bathtub, as well as an integrated television in the mirror. Sports enthusiasts will like the well-equipped in-house gym, while gastrophiles will appreciate the Michelin-starred restaurant. The Setai Fifth Avenue is located just across from the Empire State Building, making it an ideal location for a day of touring in New York.

This hotel near the Empire State Building is especially well-suited for tourists with a somewhat larger travel budget, as the Langham Palace is not fully affordable, but it is certainly something spectacular!

The Standard Hotel High Line

The Standard High Line Hotel is located in the popular Meatpacking District and has unparalleled views of the Hudson River and One World Trade Center. Sunsets are particularly spectacular, and the floor-to-ceiling panoramic windows ensure that you can view it all from your bed. Additionally, the hotel includes an excellent restaurant and a shaded area known as The Plaza, where guests may enjoy freshly-made focaccia or burrata (must try this, it’s delectable!). Additionally, the bathroom boasts fantastic views – ideal for unwinding while gazing out over the New York skyline and Hudson River.

The Dominick Hotel

The Dominick Hotel takes pride in being Soho’s only 5-star hotel! Additionally, it is the highest structure in Soho, providing an excellent perspective of the city. Due to the absence of skyscrapers in the surrounding area, the hotel stands out greatly. This created a lot of conflicts during construction, as many people desired a structure that conformed to the surrounding architecture’s building height. Nonetheless, the hotel was constructed, and as a result, it has some spectacular views of Manhattan. It is exquisitely furnished, and the floor-to-ceiling windows give a view in any direction. The majority of the materials and furniture in the guest rooms are dark, creating a peaceful and calming ambiance.

Gansevoort Hotel Meatpacking District

The proprietors of the Gansevoort hotels place a premium on design, which is instantly apparent. Its Meatpacking District location puts you in the heart of everything: the High Line, fantastic restaurants, and pubs are all nearby (the Meatpacking District is one of my favorite parts of the city). Additionally, it features a big pool from which you can view the city’s rooftops. It’s incredibly opulent!

Hyatt Centric Times Square New York

The Hyatt at Times Square, located in the center of Manhattan, probably boasts the greatest views of Times Square. Vibrant, bright, and perpetually busy – you can unwind in your accommodation while watching the hustle and bustle below. The guest rooms are tastefully equipped, creating an atmosphere of familiarity. Although the hotel has 54 stories, each level contains just 11 rooms, which means that the areas are vast and the floors are peaceful. Additionally, the hotel features its own rooftop bar, Bar 54, which has spectacular views of the East River and the Hudson. When the weather cools down, you can also head to the lounge or the premium spa area, which both include amazing views and a fireplace! I award this accommodation bonus points since some rooms include private balconies from which you can take in the cityscape in privacy and quiet.

The Standard East Village

The Standard East Village is The Standard High Line’s sibling hotel and is just as modern and clean. The East Village location is ideal for individuals who like the dining scene. What distinguishes The Standard in the East Village is its elegant design and simple decor. That is something I am a huge admirer of – and the view from your hotel room is unparalleled!

Unlike many other hotels in this star rating, the rooms are very big, and the floor-to-ceiling windows provide spectacular views of the city. Only one thing bothered me slightly: the closets are very tiny.

Trump International Hotel & Tower

The views from the Trump International Hotel’s rooms, which have floor-to-ceiling windows, are simply breathtaking. From your bed, you may enjoy views of Manhattan and Central Park, as well as the city lights in the evening. The hotel features two superb restaurants and a sprawling 6,000-square-meter spa.

If you’re looking for luxury with an unbeatable view of Central Park, the Trump International is the place to stay. The Trump International Hotel & Tower is located near Central Park’s southern edge. Columbus Circle and the Lincoln Center are nearby.

YOTEL Times Square

This hotel provides exceptional value for money. Additionally, it provides spectacular views of the city due to its location in New York’s famed Hell’s Kitchen neighborhood. What else is within walking distance of the YOTEL Times Square? Not just Broadway, which features the city’s most popular musicals, but also Rockefeller Center with its “Top of the Rock” observation deck, Bryant Park, and the Flatiron, among other attractions. This hotel truly places you in the heart of New York City, and there are so many things around! Additionally, it features a rooftop bar on the hotel’s roof.

These are some of the best hotels we could find for the lovely couples visiting. Couples traveling together can find some of the most romantic accommodations here in NYC.
